We had not built a custom home for 25 years and entered the process with trepidation after the negative things one hears about building experiences. We spoke with another builder before choosing your company. We met you at a home you had under construction and were greatly impressed with the quality of the basement, framing, trim carpentry and cabinets. You had a good relationship with those working for you, and it was apparent that they respected you. We also checked your reputation within the community and viewed your website. Everything we saw and heard was positive.

Communication has been excellent from the first. You kept us appraised of where we were in the process and what we needed to do. You answered your phone quickly and if I left a message you returned the call, usually within minutes. This is impressive!

You have been trustworthy and honest. You looked out for us with contractors, listened to what we wanted, and offered suggestions that were always well thought out.

You don’t build a house quickly but you build a very good house! A couple times we had to wait for the availability of contractors. Both times you offered to use other contractors, but you thought these were worth the wait. In both instances we waited, and you were right!
